Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en communicatieve Helpdesk Specialist voor ons team in Portugal. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die vragen hebben, ondersteuning nodig hebben of problemen ervaren met producten of diensten van het bedrijf, ben je de perfecte kandidaat.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken, e-mails, chats of andere communicatiekanalen en het verstrekken van oplossingen die voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant.

Taken:

  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail, chat of andere communicatiekanalen
  • Registreren en documenteren van klantinteracties en probleemoplossingen in het klantensysteem
  • Identificeren van klantbehoeften en het bieden van passende oplossingen en ondersteuning
  • Oplossen van klachten of problemen van klanten met producten of diensten
  • Het verstrekken van productinformatie, prijsopgaven, en het verwerken van bestellingen of retourzendingen indien nodig
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie om klantvragen of -problemen op te lossen
  • Volgen van bedrijfsrichtlijnen en procedures met betrekking tot klantenservice en communicatie

Vereisten:

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Klantgerichtheid en empathie om effectief met klanten om te gaan
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en vermogen om onder druk te presteren
  • Basiskennis van computer- en softwaretoepassingen
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken in een verschoven schema, inclusief weekenden en avonden indien nodig
  • Ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare rol is een pluspunt
  • Minimaal MBO-diploma
