Talent Acquisition Opportunity:
Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant for German-speaking Regions to contribute to our recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in recruitment, particularly those with knowledge of the German-speaking market.

As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, targeting German-speaking candidates. Your proficiency in German will enable you to effectively connect with candidates from Germany and other German-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs
- Source and evaluate candidates for various roles
- Manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact to placement
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and employment conditions in German-speaking markets
- Provide regular feedback to candidates regarding their application progress
- Ensure accurate documentation of all recruitment activities for reporting purposes

Requirements and Benefits:
