This key role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful planning and execution of private events at our unique outdoor space.

About the Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for companies and groups booking our venue for private events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including vendor communication, DJ and catering arrangements.
  • Foster exceptional customer service experiences aligned with Mīrārī's standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities through outreach and promotion efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining company profitability.
  • Collect post-event feedback to enhance services and guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

A competitive base salary plus commission for each event secured will be offered.
