We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Syndicode. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence by identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and presenting tailored solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales department, working alongside hiring, marketing, project, engineering, and delivery teams;
  • Identify potential leads through various channels and initiate contact via phone calls, emails, or LinkedIn;
  • Evaluate prospects' needs and fit by asking qualifying questions and assessing their potential as customers;
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussion and product/service demonstration;
  • Follow up with unqualified leads, providing them with valuable information and maintaining regular communication until they are ready to proceed;
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects, updating CRM systems, and tracking lead progress through the sales pipeline;
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and areas for improvement in the lead generation and qualification process.
