Job Overview
Recruitment Direct is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Polish Speaking Advertising Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert consultation and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
• Engage with new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses using Social Media advertising solutions.
• Demonstrate a commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and providing solutions that meet their specific business objectives.
• Develop a book of business by managing a portfolio of small to medium business clients, prioritizing outreach to maximize sales potential.
• Tailor recommendations based on local business nuances, leveraging your knowledge of specific industries and markets to provide expert advice.
• Stay informed about the evolving advertising products and ensure clients are adopting the right tools to optimize their performance.
• Provide pre- and post-sales assistance, continuously assessing and optimizing product performance to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
• Consultative Sales Skills: A strong ability to coach and consult clients, identifying sales opportunities and delivering solutions.
• Curiosity & Learning: A passion for learning new products and technologies, and sharing ideas to improve the customer experience.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across channels (email, chat, phone).
• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting, offering insights that solve client challenges and improve product use.
• Sales Drive: A natural drive for sales, with experience in managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
