Procuramos uma pessoa que nos ajude a melhorar os nossos serviços e a satisfação do cliente, desempenhando tarefas administrativas no departamento de Brokerage. Você gosta de trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico e estimulante com novos desafios a resolver todos os dias? Você se considera uma pessoa com facilidade para atuar em situações complexas e com prazos estabelecidos?

Nesta posição, você executará tarefas gerais de brokerage para exportação de pacotes internacionais. Garante que as exportações estejam de acordo com os regulamentos alfandegários locais. Outras tarefas técnicas e administrativas inerentes à função.

O que esperamos de você?
· Certificação de Brokerage - preferencial
· Experiência anterior em ambiente de call center - preferencial
· Curso de 12o ano - preferencial
· Nível intermediário (B1) da língua inglesa (escrito e falado) – preferencial
· Fluente em Língua Portuguesa
· Conhecimento em Lingua Espanhola
· Conhecimento prático do Microsoft Office
· Orientação dos resultados
· Solução de problemas
· Espírito de equipe
