About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to work in our Cisco solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise. As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
- You will work with the sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions to meet customer requirements.
- You will create quotes on the CISCO portfolio using CISCO tools.
- You will manage workshops and training sessions.
- You will provide an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of previous experience in Sales and Presales in the Network scope.
- Minimum technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
- Experience and certification in CCNA Routing & Switching will be valuable.
