Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shutdown Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sbm Offshore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning shutdown activities, ensuring compliance with corporate and environmental management systems, and managing resources and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shutdown activities preparation and follow-up within the SBM Operations – Assets Integrity group.
  • Manage the mobilization of personnel and resources on board and at shore base.
  • Expedite the issuance of permits to work, task risk assessments, and isolation permits.
  • Ensure actions and deliverables align with shutdown scope, quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within the offshore industry.
  • Recognized engineering degree or satisfactory relevant experience obtained as EPC Project Engineer.
  • Familiarized with working procedures, regulatory compliance, and offshore constraints.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to travel abroad and offshore on short or long duration basis as required.
