Role DescriptionWe are searching for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to work with a prominent client. In this capacity, you will address customer inquiries concerning product features, technical issues, and general questions.
Your main duties will include handling customer requests through various communication channels, offering pre-sales assistance, general inquiries, and technical support, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
- Elevate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Oversee personal ticket queues and adhere to management guidelines.
- Adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Assess and offer feedback on help materials.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
- Rotating shifts Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 5pm.
- Two days off each week, alternating weeks.
- Monthly salary: 1414€.
- Bonus up to 120€ per month.
