As a Technical Assistance Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer support, working with various global brands. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
  • Provide support and direction to customers, resolving service issues efficiently;
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on our database;
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions;

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese (C1/C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
  • Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Previous experience or contact with clients;
