**Customer Service Leadership Role**

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives. As a Dutch speaker, you will play a key role in communicating with clients and providing exceptional support. Your expertise in leading teams and driving results will be valuable assets to our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and guide team members to meet performance targets and expectations;
  2. Maintain high-quality service levels by ensuring team productivity and operational efficiency;
  3. Lead by example, demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of results;
  4. Foster a collaborative team environment through regular meetings and open communication;
  5. Implement company-approved strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
  6. Ensure compliance with Teleperformance policies and procedures, including data protection and security regulations.

Essential Skills:

  • Fluent Dutch language skills;
  • Higher Education Degree (desired);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
