Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of organisational training needs and develop targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of training programs.
  • Manage training communications, ensuring participants are well-informed of schedules, locations, and other key details.
  • Monitor training metrics and provide regular reports on training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in training administration, preferably with exposure to demand planning and complex scheduling.
