We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Service Cloud QA Lead to join our dynamic team at Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods. As a key member of our Luxury New Retail (LNR) Technology Client Engagement Area Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client engagement solutions and applications to our prestigious Maisons worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for Salesforce Service Cloud configurations, data analysis, and test execution.
- Lead the offshore testing team in executing test plans and test cases, ensuring seamless integration with business analysts.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system quality, leveraging expertise in Agile delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, evaluating their applicability to our organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English required.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr is required.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
