We are seeking a motivated Compliance Training Specialist to join our team and support employee development and training initiatives. The role involves assisting in the creation, coordination, and tracking of training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and up-to-date training content.
  • Create engaging learning resources, such as guides and tutorials, to support training objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and hands-on labs to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Support the tracking of employee completion for mandatory training sessions and provide personalized support to employees facing challenges.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and metrics to continuously improve training outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in compliance and law in the crypto industry (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a compliance OPS team (preferred).
  • Fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries in flexible hours.

Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $100,000 based on location and experience.
