At Phiture, we are looking for a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee compliance and internal controls across various business processes within GBS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up key controls, running yearly internal control self-assessments, and addressing deficiencies identified by fit-checks.

You will also be responsible for enforcing compliance culture through awareness sessions, communicating risks, and training employees on export control requirements and internal contracts. Additionally, you will act as the single point of contact for affiliates governance, ethics & compliance, GDPR, quality, export control, and finance control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up key controls for all business processes operated in GBS: HR and Finance (incl. but not limited to ABC, Export Control, Data management, Health & Safety)
  • Run yearly Internal Control Self Assessments (ICSA), identify gaps and set-up convergence plan
  • Address deficiencies identified by Fit-Check
  • Enforce the Compliance Culture in AGBS through communications / awareness sessions
  • Liaise with the Airbus Data Protection Office as needed
  • ERM (Enterprise Risk Management): Implement ERM for AGBS in ARM tool, Run quarterly assessment & Set-up risks mitigation plan
  • Quality Management System: Set-up the QMS of the GBS, Prepare and Lead audit for the required Certifications (ISO, EN, etc.)
  • Export Control: Be the Point of Contact (PoC) of Airbus GBS Export Control Topics, Ensure that all Export Control requirements and controls are well implemented
About You

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can effectively communicate complex concepts and ensure seamless implementation of compliance procedures. What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
