ServiceNow Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our internal ServiceNow team at OLX. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the ServiceNow platform used across the entire company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices and ServiceNow standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve their working solutions in ServiceNow and implement changes that answer new business needs.
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
  • Maintain and develop new integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Drive the implementation of new ServiceNow technologies to improve existing processes with a focus on automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related area.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
  • Result-oriented, autonomous, and communicative team player.
  • ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, HR, and GRC are a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
