Aubay Portugal seeks a highly skilled Salesforce developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications, driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.

This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications
  • Manage and prioritize project timelines and expectations
  • Collaborate with external consultants or solution experts as needed
  • Work closely with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and enforce data governance processes

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Systems Management, including Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with data integration techniques (ETL/ELT processes)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) required
