Responsibilities:
  • Manage device lifecycles based on global governance
  • Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services
  • Manage contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors
  • Maintain and improve existing Cloud Solutions Services
  • Develop and implement IT Infrastructure Services and processes that align with business needs to enhance service quality
  • Evaluate and drive value-generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services for high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similar discipline
  • Flexibility, openness to change, and a willingness to adapt to new challenges
  • Goal orientation and the ability to focus on both long and short-term objectives
  • High motivation and commitment to continuously improve and succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud solutions like Telephony/Contact Center (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and knowledge in AWS environment
  • Service-oriented mindset and interest in understanding the needs of service consumers
  • Ability to work in an international and English-speaking environment
  • Experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories
  • Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management, as well as ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications
