Job Description
As a Material Planner Trainee, you will support our PC&L team by developing procurement levelling releases to suppliers and implementing Alert Systems for efficient transportation. You will also contribute to tracking KPIs and improving supplier delivery performance, ensuring compliance with group rules, and suggesting improvement ideas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing procurement levelling releases to suppliers.
  • Implementing Alert Systems for efficient transportation, reception of BOP's, and warehouse stocks level optimization.
  • Optimizing JNI tool practice.
  • Tracking KPIs and improving supplier delivery performance.
  • Ensuring sustainability of logistics compliance with group rules.
  • Suggesting improvement ideas.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Fluent level of Portuguese.
  • Good level in written and oral English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International mindset.
  • Results orientation.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset.
  • Excel skills.
