Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Category Manager to join our Supply Chain team at Logoplaste.

This role will focus on managing supplier relationships, purchase order processing, and inventory control within designated product categories.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, contributing directly to the overall performance and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Supplier Coordination

• Acts as the primary contact for suppliers, handling communications and operational interactions to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any supply issues.

• Issues and manages purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Contract Administration

• Supports the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and facilitating renewals or modifications as needed.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Monitors supplier performance against established metrics such as delivery times, quality standards, and cost compliance, providing regular feedback.

• Collects and analyzes data related to procurement activities, creating reports to help track spending, savings, and compliance with operational targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Works closely with other departments, such as Finance and Quality Assurance, to align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, vendor management (preferable but not mandatory).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• English language proficiency (mandatory).
