About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Adoption Specialist to join our team at Stratio Automotive. As a key member of our Customer Enablement team, you will play a critical role in helping clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.
As a Fleet Adoption Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their organizational needs and provide tailored solutions using the Stratio platform. You will act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their business and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance into their operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing project management, delivering complex tech solutions, and consulting on implementation, transformation, and change management for tech projects. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the clients' organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Know your customer: Engage at an in-depth level across our clients' businesses and know their contracts, stakeholders, new contracts they're bidding for, client fleets, and processes for repair & maintenance.
- Onboard and ramp up your customer: Successfully onboard the customer and drive adoption following the Stratio handbook for implementing predictive maintenance.
- Own your account: Ensure the client successfully implements predictive maintenance, helping them maximize value from the Stratio platform.
- Flag account risks, opportunities, monitor contract renewal dates, and accurately identify customer sentiment.
