The Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Webflow designer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for transforming client ideas into breathtaking websites that exceed expectations. Your expertise in UI/UX design principles will ensure seamless user experiences, while your proficiency in Webflow will enable the creation of responsive designs that showcase our brand's essence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop visually compelling web pages and interfaces that align with our brand's identity* Utilize Webflow & Figma to create responsive designs that engage our audience* Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to maintain consistency in design standards* Create and modify vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
Requirements:
* English fluency is required* 1+ years of experience in web design; additional experience in other design areas is a plus* Proficiency in using Web Design software (e.g., Webflow, Figma)* Competence in vector design using Adobe Illustrator or comparable tools* Strong previous work examples demonstrating design skills and creative thinking* Knowledge in UI/UX design principles is essential* While a formal degree is not mandatory, candidates with relevant certifications or boot camps will be given preference
