About the Job

This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and operational maturity within our assigned department, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to implement standardized processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Assist with financial planning and workforce planning, coordinating with DEF Finance and Department Head.
  • Develop strategic communication plans to inform stakeholders and promote cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Improve service management practices to meet defense standards, promoting stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead task management practices to ensure timely execution of activities and initiatives.
  • Manage department risks in line with defense management risks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and defend management office governance practices.

Requirements

  • Relevant university diploma or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable: project management certification (PMP) or MBA.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
