Job Title: Social Strategy Lead

We are seeking a skilled Social Strategy Lead to join our team at Phiture. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-platform social strategy for our internal brands. Your primary goal will be to amplify our presence across various social platforms, drive user engagement, and build communities around our Web3 projects.

About the Role:
This is a newly created position reporting to our Global Creative Director. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to align social media strategy with our overall brand goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Leading the development of a social media strategy for each of our brands
  2. Identifying the best platforms for each brand and creating a distinct strategy for content creation, community engagement, and growth
  3. Working with our content and marketing teams to create viral content that resonates with our audience
  4. Planning and executing social campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives
  5. Using analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and campaigns
  6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all platforms

About You:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and a proven track record of creating and executing viral social media campaigns. You should be able to think big-picture and create a cohesive social strategy, while also being hands-on in content planning and execution. If you have experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, and a strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and/or iGaming, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
