Responsibilities include:

  • Leading operational teams and external vendors, such as maintenance, IT, cleaning, catering, and reception staff.
  • Fostering continuous improvement in operations, enhancing efficiency and support services.
  • Collaborating across departments to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Coordinating resource procurement with the central procurement department.
