Job Title: Portuguese Language Sales Representative

About the Role:

This role is part of the Sales function at CBRE, responsible for the design and presentation of sales solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact with potential clients for the marketing of residential properties.
  • Greet potential clients and visitors, ensuring the property suite is tidy and laid out appropriately.
  • Arrange introduction to Sales Agents and provide necessary paperwork.
  • Distribute brochures or other marketing material to the public.
  • Maintain inventory of sales materials, documents, photocopying and order supplies as needed.
  • Represent company and properties at events.
  • Interpret instructions, short correspondence and memos and create presentations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This estimate is based on industry standards and regional costs of living.
