Compensation

The monthly compensation for this position is 1000 euros, paid in 12 installments throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with native-level Dutch language skills and proficient English communication abilities to work as a customer support specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality support across multiple channels
  • Educating restaurants on how to maximize their performance on our platform
  • Collaborating effectively with partner restaurants
  • Resolving user issues with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
  • Native-level Dutch language skills
  • Proficient English language skills (B2 level)
  • Prior experience in customer support is an asset
  • Strong passion for customer support and willingness to take calculated risks
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
  • Valid European citizenship or Portuguese work permit
