Overview

Tn Portugal is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team in Lisbon. As a Brazilian CRM Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our Brazilian brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino);
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives;
  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies;
  • Design and implement engaging content across various channels;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans;
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove to drive business growth;
  • Provide regular reporting to the local team leader on marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Native Brazilian with fluency in English;
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis expertise;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field;
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and result-driven approach to work;
  • Experience with online sports betting and gaming industry preferred.
