Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the 'CRM Executive Brazil' will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan for the Brazilian brands, reflective of the local culture and sports/gaming.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with other team members to discuss and develop monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino);
2. Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and main KPIs;
3. Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions;
4. Execute communications to maintain player activity via editorial content;
5. Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.), focusing on effectiveness improvements;
6. Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages, and other channels;
7. Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.);
8. Use multiple tools for executing the campaigns;
9. Report directly to the local team leader.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Native Brazilian + fluent in English;
2. Advanced Excel skills;
3. 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including a proven track record of campaign optimization;
4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly;
5. Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results;
6. Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove;
7. Online sports betting and gaming experience.

Base salary: To be defined with client according to experience
