We are seeking a seasoned Executive Search Consultant to join our team at Tn Portugal. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership landscape by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier executive talent.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify high-level executives with the required skills and experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their strategic, cultural, and operational goals.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
- Evaluate candidates' competencies to ensure technical skills and cultural fit align with company values.
- Facilitate successful offer negotiations and provide support during the onboarding process.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in executive search.
- Proven ability to attract and secure high-performing senior leaders and C-level executives.
- Exceptional talent identification skills using innovative sourcing techniques and market research.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience negotiating offers and contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sourcing platforms.
