The Portfolio Management Team plays a crucial role in overseeing investment strategies and performance across the full portfolio, ensuring seamless execution from onboarding to divestment, and providing sound strategy datapoints for new investments.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering Strategy Datapoints: Assist in collecting and revising strategy datapoints for new investments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives;
- Strategic Revision and Implementation: Support the strategic revision and implementation of ongoing business plans, participating in financial modelling and Investment memorandum drafting;
- Financial Structuring: Assist in the financial structuring of the existing portfolio, liaising with banks and investors for capital;
- Reporting and KPI Analysis: Report and analyze existing investments to support strategic redefinition efforts;
- Updates and Presentations: Create and present updates to Investment Committees and Strategy Pitches;
- Market Research and Analysis: Perform market research and analysis to inform investment decisions;
- Investor Relations: Support investor relations, having more autonomous interactions;
- Autonomy in Asset Oversight: Have a relevant degree of autonomy in overseeing the performance of simpler assets.
- Undergraduate and/or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or Maths;
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate investment or Real Estate investment management, private equity, M&A, corporate finance positions;
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies;
- Relevant financial modelling skills and real estate knowledge;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (VBA & Python knowledge valued);
- A basic understanding and skill of AI for daily work-life;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking;
- High degree of perfectionism and attention to detail;
- Responsibility and project ownership;
- Interest and aptitude for people management;
