The FedEx Group is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join our team as a Treasury Analyst Senior. This role will be responsible for ensuring all bank accounts in the countries we operate in are sufficiently funded for AP, Salary/Payroll, Customs payment, taxes, capex and all types of operating payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Funding of FedEx entities in Europe to ensure efficient liquidity management by meeting financial goals and objectives.
  2. Analyzing and recommending appropriate banking structures and platforms for European entities to optimize liquidity management.
  3. Executing FX deals internally and externally over the dealing platform.
  4. Issuing and tracking of bank guarantees and customs bonds for European locations.
  5. Performing bank account administration duties such as opening, closing and maintaining company bank accounts and bank signatories.
  6. Assisting in the management of international bank relationships, including negotiating bank fees and other related contracts and services.
  7. Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts per individual entity and analyzing variance with actual cash flow.
  8. Acting as a focal point for the treasury workstation (QTM) and various electronic banking platforms.

Requirements:

  • University Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in International Cash Management, handling multiple countries/legal entities simultaneously.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
