About the Role


Glovo is expanding its operations, and we're looking for a skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for forecasting product demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, taking into account historical data, seasonal trends, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve operational excellence in the supply chain, including optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Applications and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
