Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Senior IBM BAW Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using the IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) platform.
This role requires a strong understanding of process automation best practices and a minimum of 5 years' experience in business process automation projects with IBM BAW. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve business processes through automation and provide technical support and training for users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop workflows and business process automation applications using IBM BAW.
  • Configure and optimize IBM BAW components for performance and scalability.
  • Integrate IBM BAW solutions with other business applications and legacy systems.
  • Carry out functional and performance tests, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
  • Provide technical support and training for users and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for the solutions developed.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in business process automation projects with IBM BAW.
  • IBM Business Automation Workflow certification.
  • Experience in BPMN modeling and development of workflow solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration with external systems via APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
