Job Description

  • As Salesforce Solutions Manager, you will develop and maintain Salesforce applications, managing the prioritized roadmap for future developments and integrations;
  • You will conduct business requirements gathering, documentation, development, and testing;
  • Collaborate with external Salesforce consultants or solution experts as needed;
  • Work closely with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify and implement scalable system solutions;
  • Provide updates on project timelines and expectations;
  • Oversee the development of an extended portfolio of business systems, including CPQ, signature, market intelligence, subscription management, and calendar booking applications;
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, benchmarking, and negotiations;
  • Manage system licenses and budgets in alignment with leadership and finance teams;
  • Provide business cases for new systems and additional requirements;
  • Lead and mentor a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst;
  • Ensure timely and quality work delivery while keeping stakeholders informed;
  • Improve existing Salesforce infrastructure and implement new features according to best practices;
  • Develop and enforce data governance processes to enhance system efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems Management, including Salesforce Sales Cloud;
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools;
  • Experience with data integration techniques, such as ETL/ELT processes;
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure);
  • Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) required;
  • Salesforce Architect certification is highly preferred;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 mandatory);
  • Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
