About the Role

Squarespace is seeking a skilled CRM Strategist to develop and execute our CRM email acquisition strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to inform customer targeting and campaign measurement.

As a key member of our growth team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support our expansion into new markets and direct communication channels. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to communicate recommendations to the team will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the CRM Campaigns team with list operations for outbound marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth, engagement, and retention
  2. Maintain performance dashboards and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
  3. Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement targeting variables and drive the development of our CRM strategy
  4. Contribute to the team by providing strategic insights and supporting the development of CRM tactics and revenue-driving opportunities
Requirements
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in a database or marketing analytics role
  • Knowledge of overall email processes and ESP platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL
