Salary and Benefits

The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately 2,500 EUR, plus two extra salaries per year, making it a competitive offer. In addition to the salary, you will receive complete support to help ease your relocation to Greece, including flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, and support with the house searching process. Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative may vary depending on the team you join, but they will include:

  • Identifying customers' needs and delivering appropriate solutions, including sales
  • Guiding customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handling transactions, and providing resolution to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers to place an order and related issues
  • Answering customers' inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues that they face and assisting customers with account issues

You will be expected to follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible and turn every customer into a happy customer.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services (will be an asset)
