We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Director to lead our digital transformation journey in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive growth and revenue for our hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to drive direct bookings and revenue.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the hotel's website, OTA listings, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competitor performance to inform digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the user experience on digital platforms to enhance conversion rates.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and online distribution channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership in the hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of OTA platforms, digital marketing, and revenue optimization.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
