Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market and currently redefining the standards of the luxury property sector, intends to reinforce its dynamic Residential team with the integration of External Residential Consultants for its Porto Office. Key tasks/ activities: Market prospection and property enlistment. Follow-up on leads for buyers and sellers. Support in real estate commercialization strategies. Achievement of pre-established objectives, both quantitative and qualitative. Conducting property visits and follow up Managing the property brokerage process to completion. Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired: Experience in sales and negotiating processes. (not mandatory in Real Estate, experience in other commercial areas is welcome) Fluency in Portuguese and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills. People person with excellent interpersonal relations, and good networking Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. High level of responsibility. Proactivity, assertiveness, and resilience.
