We specialize in the end-to-end implementation of front-office and risk platforms, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring that our clients are fully supported throughout the platform lifecycle. We focus on custom development and configuration, creating solutions that address unique client needs and regulatory requirements in real-time trading and risk management. Additionally, we conduct extensive training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring client teams are equipped to maximize the value of their technology investments. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the development and maintenance of the trading platform Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality and security Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components The Ideal candidate 8+ years of Java experience in Java software development, with at least 2 years as an IT team lead C# and FX knowledge are a plus In-depth knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency systems Understanding how JVM behaves backstage (Garbage Collections, Memory Model, JIT compilation, Cache oblivious algorithms) Ability to design highly loaded/low latency applications and experience to refactor old design to new one Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools like Intellij, JIRA and Confluence and version control in Git Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Ability to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced and globally distributed environment Why should you join Phi Partners Join us as we build the next-generation eTrading team, an ambitious, fast-growing group delivering world-class, complex, and genuinely exciting projects to major financial institutions around the globe.
