Product Manager

We are looking for talented, passionate, and committed people to join our GrowthOps Team and help us meet the challenges of our ever-growing business. As a Product Manager working under the Chief Product Officer, you will work as a part of an inclusive and autonomous agile team and collaborate with other technical, product, design, and marketing teams across the company to deliver on time and according to quality standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, and animate the product roadmap:

- In tandem with the design team, define the vision of our products.
- Design the associated roadmap, integrating internal and external data (market/benchmarks).
- Identify new needs through monitoring, tests, and customer and internal feedback.
- Communicate proactively within the company on the roadmap, features delivered, ongoing developments, and priorities.
- Execute and coordinate the product roadmap with the relevant teams:

- Organize, prioritize, and ensure the delivery of new developments by the engineering team in an agile environment
- Ensure stability through the monitoring of KPIs and prioritization of debugs
- Work with UX/UI designers on new features and products.
- Write product requirements documentation, prototype management rules, user guide, and technical documentation.
- Plan and prepare sprints with the lead engineers.
- Validate new developments in production and pre-production with the lead quality assurance engineers.

Skills & Experience:

- Engineering or business school degree with more than two years of experience in a Product Manager role.
- Already managed and significantly improved a product or launched a significant project and have demonstrated in your previous positions an analytical mind as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Can work autonomously while being a great team player.
- Flexible and have a strong ability to adapt.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency and proof of experience with Figma.
