**EVA Global is hiring a** **Management Associate** **.** EVA Global was set up in 2017 with the mission of accelerating the transition to clean transport systems from the front lines through our “Never Stranded” philosophy. Today, EVA’s office locations are based in Finland, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany, and Malaysia, with new locations in the Portugal and USA. Our partners can count on us to provide a best-in-class user experience as well as to maximize the uptime and availability of their respective charging networks, which, when combined, results in EVA Global serving drivers at more than 500,000 EV Charging Stations. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced **Management Associate** to join our team in Lisbon or Malaga. **The mission of the** **Management Associate** **is to**: - Planning and implementation of transverse improvement projects; Consulting in operational management; Support to the operational coordination for current and new projects; Support as link for the organization between departments to achieve maximum quality, efficiency and teams engagement; Support Team’s assessment: commitment, punctuality, attendance, initiative, capacity to achieve the proposed objectives, relationship with colleagues, etc.); Secure actions in more than one or site. **Key Responsibilities**: The Management Associate will have under his scope the following actions: - Management of project implementation designated by the Operations Director or above within the same branch; Management of administrative project tasks; Implementing company-wide management-approved strategies; Take an active role in the development of the department’s strategy and plans as required by department leadership; Act with initiative, make things happen, and accept responsibility for the results; Be a true team member in EVA Global - focused on the success of the company; Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the project(s) results; Provide the team with a clear sense of direction, ensuring the knowledge of each team member in order to develop the feeling of "Care" to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance, and engagement; Support, motivate, and “enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values, develop and coach each team member to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets; Measuring and improving the productivity of the team; Team’s assessment: commitment, punctuality, attendance, initiative, capacity to achieve the proposed objectives, relationship with colleagues, etc.) and team member's performance evaluation Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the project(s) results; Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovative methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions); Ensure all EVA Global Processes, Standards, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, ISO, etc.; Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately. May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document. **Requirements**: - Higher Education Degree (preferential) Fluency in English (if required and bearing in mind that the language of communication at company level is English) Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus (Portuguese, German, French and Spanish). Previous experience with Account management and Team management; Audit reviews; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point); Project Tools knowledge.
