Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and looking for an exciting job opportunity? We're Oasi, a company specializing in developing and managing unique landscape resorts and boutique hotels. We're searching for a talented Pricing Associate to join our team.

**Position: Pricing Associate / Administrative Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pricing Management**:

- Assist with pricing for our short-term rental properties.
- Ensure pricing is correct across all calendars and platforms (Airbnb, booking engine).
- Perform daily Airbnb data pulls and searches to stay updated on market trends.
- Regularly update reports related to pricing and property performance.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital files and records.
- Support other tasks and projects as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as administrative assistant, pricing analyst, or related position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
