Then join our team You will grow with us in a global company that puts its people at the heart. **Our client** Our client is a e-bike start-up that incorporates design elegance, affordability, and technology to connect owners to their bikes through an app. **Your mission at Webhelp** We are bringing a **Technical Support Advisor** on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level production performance. **What you will be doing at Webhelp** As a **Technical Support Advisor**, you will: - Grow a deep understanding of the product, both on hardware & software - Help customers understand and use product’s powerful features to the fullest - Troubleshoot, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems. - Own customer technical and repair issues, working with internal teams and partners to ensure rapid & high quality issue resolution - Forward your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions - Optimise and develop processes to improve customer success **We’ll be a great match if you**: - Have high level of **French **(written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) - Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronical devices concerning electric bikes - Proficient PC skills - Team player - Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms) - Ability to operate in high pressure situations - Keen sense of technical curiosity **Preferred skills** - Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred - Familiar with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary - Excellent written and verbal communication skills You appreciate our values of **recognition, integrity, unity, and commitment,** and you are eager to create the "**wow**" too.
