Our client is a e-bike start-up that incorporates design elegance, affordability, and technology to connect owners to their bikes through an app.
Your mission at Webhelp
We are bringing a Technical Support Advisor on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level production performance.
What you will be doing at Webhelp
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will:
- Grow a deep understanding of the product, both on hardware & software

- Help customers understand and use product’s powerful features to the fullest
***
- Troubleshoot, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems.
***
- Own customer technical and repair issues, working with internal teams and partners to ensure rapid & high quality issue resolution
***
- Forward your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions
***
- Optimise and develop processes to improve customer success
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Have high level of **German** (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronical devices concerning electric bikes
- Proficient PC skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations
- Keen sense of technical curiosity
Preferred skills
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred
- Familiar with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
