**Empowered IT Senior Project Manager** IT is an enabler and value partner for the Siemens businesses. You as an IT Senior Project Manager will be partner for successful and professional delivered large scale strategic Siemens IT projects/programs to facilitate the Siemens company priorities and IT strategy. What is your role in this? As an IT Senior Project Manager you will be leading IT projects/programs of our IT core capabilities focusing on mindset & culture change while supporting Siemens Business in boosting digital business technology platforms.Be passionate about IT project management and steer projects in completely new directions.Be bold when others would have given up The IT Project Management team brings opportunity to grow in the areas: **What will be your Tasks**: - Lead strategic IT programs in the area of Business Transformation and Business Applications like ERP, CRM, ecommerce according, Digital platforms to defined project management standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility. - Lead several agile Teams according to Safe scaled agile framework and managing all assigned project staff (>80 project team members,>5 MioEUR budget) - You identify and evaluate continuously all opportunities for the project enhancement as well as all evident risks, including suggesting appropriate counter measures within the actual project - The control of work results provided by suppliers/internal partners and the escalation of deficiencies in quality and cooperation - You are accountable for the project results based on the strategic priorities and set goals (e.g., budget, quality, schedule, sustainability), as you manage the project through the entire project life cycle - Selling & promoting your program within Siemens and externally - Stakeholders’ management (mid-top level) and the utilization of resources is also in your responsibility - Enhance and support IT Project Management Methodology - Enhance & support the Siemens IT Project Management Community platform. - Transition Project Solution to Service organization with all IT service management processes **Your qualifications and skills you bring in**: - The basis of your success is a master's degree in business economics, business informatics, electrical engineering, digital business management or equivalent with several years of work experience. - You are experienced 5+ years in leading large projects/program (>80 project team members,>5 MioEUR budget) - with intercultural and international collaboration. - Strategic thinking / forward-looking in programs - You bring experience in coaching a project team. - You have worked on international delegation on onsite projects. - Ideally Certified Senmid-top Senior Project Manager (internal or external certifications) - Ideally Certified as advanced Scrum Master and/or agile coach/SAFe agile framework. - Knowledge in IT Service Management Process framework (ITIL 3.0) - Understanding and experience in ecommerce and ERP Business solutions. - You have advanced communication and motivation skills. - You have a well-structured way of thinking and working and a Getting things done attitude. - You are leading by example. - You bring a growth mindset and continuous learning attitude. - Fluent English and German, additional languages round off your profile. **Job Family**: Information Technology **Req ID**: 361372
