GBS PS (Project Management Services & Transformations) mission is to support organizations in terms of advisory, management and implementation of transformation projects, including M&A, process optimization, and digitalization, on a global level. We bridge the gap between a conceptual strategic consulting approach and hands‑on operational implementation to deliver measurable results.

**Your mission will be**
- As a **Senior Project Manager**, you will play a central role in leading and managing IT & Cyber Security projects at various levels within the organization. With your extensive expertise and a holistic consulting approach, you will help our clients effectively implement and further develop our service offerings.
- You will take full responsibility for leading and managing IT projects, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all project requirements regarding timelines, quality, and budget are met.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will serve as the main liaison between clients, internal project teams, and key account managers, ensuring smooth project execution.
- You will assist clients in the digitalization and optimization of their IT processes and contribute to the ongoing development of our service portfolio to meet changing business needs.
- You will develop and maintain project management and controlling tools, provide structured status reports, and ensure clear and comprehensive project documentation.
- Through continuous analysis, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and the quality of methods and processes used.
- As an advocate for our Shared Services, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and evolution of our service offerings.

**We are looking for someone with**
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field.
- You have over 5 years (minimum) of practical experience in international IT project management.
- You have a deep understanding of IT and keep yourself up to date with the latest trends and tools.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security (e.g., hardening, vulnerability management, network segmentation) and familiarity with standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls) is desirable.
- Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA) are a plus but not required.
- You are proactive, quality-driven, and results-oriented.
- You have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is essential.
