You will be part of global multi-cultural team, involved in Source To Pay processes within Global Business Services. You will be responsible for leading and managing E2E Transformation Programs for Source To Pay, including the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the organization.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- Leading strategic and highly complex projects that significantly contribute to business impact such as ramping up / down, harmonising global governance, operation or processes to enable increased productivity and efficiency
- Managing a cross-functional team of program/project/process managers to execute the transformation plan
- Conducting thorough risk management to identify and address potential roadblocks or obstacles to the transformation process
- Communicating progress and key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Managing budgets and resources allocated for the transformation initiative
- Tracking and measuring the success of the transformation efforts and making adjustments as needed
- Providing guidance and mentoring to other members of the transformation team
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and recommending changes to existing processes or systems
- Anticipating internal and external business challenges and / or regulatory issues and drives process or service improvements that create competitive advantage
- Combining profound professional expertise with a holistic sense for the business and commercial environment and understands how the job contributes to achieving the objectives of the business
- Solves highly complex problems and develops original and innovative solutions with broad impact on the business

**Your skills and experience**

The Senior Transformation Program Manager is a key role within an organization and reports to senior management. The job requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. The Senior Transformation Manager will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that the transformation initiative is executed smoothly and effectively.
