**About Strategy & Technology**

The Strategy and Technology function lays the path for Nokia’s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas in which Nokia can create new value. By setting the company’s vision and understanding the evolving market and business dynamics around us, the function develops a coherent business strategy, technology and architecture vision across the company, establishes a solid research foundation on which to innovate new products and solutions, and provides the critical support infrastructure that ensures all Nokia business units can deliver that vision properly and securely.

The Project Management Office Manager supports the Nokia ngERP program by driving and ensuring the implementation of the Nokia project management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programs to ensure all ngERP-related projects are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. The PMO manager also ensures the alignment and accuracy of executive status and reporting.

**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**
- Ensure that the projects and programs are aligned to operational and strategic objectives and track inter-dependencies of projects within and outside the ngERP program.
- Ongoing tracking with the project managers of the planned time and budget as well as risk assessment and mitigation across all projects.
- Ensure adherence by the program team of the Nokia project governance framework, ensuring quality documentation and representing the program to the Governance Team as required.
- Collaborate across all S&T groups and Nokia Business Groups to confirm alignment across the organizations.
- Centralize reporting for the program of the overall progress and health of projects, including status of milestones and deliverables, financial information (ie, actuals vs forecast), and project risks.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in PMO, project governance and project management.
- Able to create and present information clearly and understandably across project and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems implementations.
