**What part will you play?**
Are you looking for a challenging and insightful role in organizational transformation and change management? Join our journey as Senior Change & Organizational Transformation Manager (f/m/d) and make a valuable contribution to the further transformation of SFS IT&CYS.
- In your new role, you actively lead and drive organizational development by developing and implementing an organizational excellence vision for our SFS IT&CYS organization
- You identify change situations (e.g., via interviews, workshops, surveys) and actively seek for feedback from the organization on organizational challenges and opportunities
- You analyze needs for change and identify root causes in a structured and transparent way
- Together with our SFS organization, you derive innovative, tailored concepts to master the respective transformation
- You enable and empower our organization to implement required changes from within, clarify and communicate required support and ensure accountability within the organization
- You derive target group appropriate presentations focusing on the affected stakeholders
- You support our global organization in the transformation (train-the-trainer/change ambassadors/co-creation)
- You help to create an inclusive and adaptive culture, open to experiment
- You discuss challenges and opportunities with our management and coach our leadership in the transformation journey
- You own and communicate a prioritized backlog of change measures and maintain a transformation roadmap
- You define success metrics and measure performance of your team and our organization against these
- You implement and track measures and report on progress and issues
- To prepare the organization for transformation and accompany the organization throughout the journey, you identify re
- or upskilling needs and create a relevant learning journey
**What you need to make real what matters**.
- You have profound experience, success stories and knowledge in organizational transformations, organizational change management and organizational development
- You have successfully completed your university degree in a relevant field of study
- You have collected at least 5+ years of work experience
- You have at least 3+ years of (IT-) project experience, preferably using agile methodologies
- Experience as a team or project lead is considered a plus
- You are capable of building and leading a motivated team
- You have strong listening skills and a swift comprehension
- You are able to diagnose organizational challenges, identify root causes and develop a clear, holistic and sustainable approach, even in ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Skills in mediation and coaching are highly welcome
- You are comfortable communicating with and presenting to a large and diverse audience
- You show exacting scope management and are able to prioritize activities
- Fluent in German and English
